Conservation Commission approves tree removal, continues dwelling hearing
Conservation Commission · Meeting of July 7, 2026
HUBBARDSTON — Conservation Commission issues Negative 3 determination for tree removal on Prentiss property. Chair Bryan LaRochelle and members Chris Pirner and Brock Germinara voted unanimously on the Request for Determination of Applicability, finding that trees removed from the property posed safety hazards and caused damage to the house. The Commission also voted unanimously to continue a Notice of Intent hearing on Stanley Suchocki's proposed single-family dwelling on Birches Road to August pending a site walk on July 13, and ratified a 20 Kruse Road enforcement order with an amendment replacing a Notice of Intent requirement with a Request for Determination of Applicability based on a USDA wetlands report identifying 0.13 acres of inappropriate clearing.
