Board of Health approves Title 5 reports, septic permits, and food license.

HUBBARDSTON — Board of Health approves nine Title 5 reports and septic permits. Chair Gael Moncoeur's Board voted unanimously to approve minutes with an addendum clarifying Judie O'Donnell's appointment as Health Agent under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 111, Section 30, and processed Title 5 septic applications and reports for properties including 9 Thompson Road, 111 Hale Road, 91 Hale Road, 96 Old Princeton Road, 44 Underwood Road, 96 Old Westminster Road, 14 Mt. Jefferson Road, 22 Evergreen Road, and 20 Iroquois Avenue.

The Board also approved a one-day food permit for Chickie's at Rietta Flea Market on July 12, and committed to coordinated follow-up with the Fire Chief, Building Inspector, and Town Manager regarding an unhoused individual who has been living out of a vehicle near Mount Jefferson and Malone Road for more than nine months.
