Hubbardston Board of Health approves septic and water tests; addresses homelessness complaint. Chair Gael Moncoeur, Members Dianna Johnson and David Rogers unanimously approved Title V and perc tests at three locations plus two water sampling results, with no active COVID-19 or influenza cases reported. Health/Food/Housing/Campground Inspector Cathy Hansgate was assigned to investigate two new complaints: sewage seeping at a Dogwood Road rental property and conditions at 4 Brigham Street.

Public guest Joe Cataldo raised concern about an individual living out of a car off Mount Jefferson Road who allegedly became aggressive; the board advised Cataldo to contact the Select Board and said it would continue working on the issue.
