Planning Board sets Aquifer Favorability District as top priority.

HUBBARDSTON — Planning Board unanimously prioritizes Aquifer Favorability District updates. Chair Kristofer Munroe and members Francois Steiger, William Homans, and Alan Carpenter approved a revised project priority list placing Aquifer Favorability first, as Town Planner Alec Wade outlined recent state changes to Chapter 40A that reduce variance thresholds and modify nonconforming lot rules. The board committed to limiting new projects to two or three while advancing a Master Plan update strategy; Wade pledged to deliver a comprehensive grants workbook to the board this month covering current funding and consultant resources.
