HUBBARDSTON — Planning Board elects Munroe Chair and appoints representatives to nine town bodies. Kristofer Munroe was unanimously elected Chair on nomination by Alan Carpenter. The board voted unanimously to recommend to the Select Board a slate of interboard assignments, including Munroe to MRPC and the Town Administrator Search Committee; Mark Kresge as MRPC alternate and to the Joint Transportation Committee; Alan Carpenter to the Affordable Housing Committee; Francois Steiger to both the Community Preservation and Capital Improvement Planning committees; and William Homans to the Economic Development Committee.
The board also unanimously approved the Ortolino Abbreviated Narrow Road application on Thompson Road, contingent on the applicant clarifying whether existing structures are present on the property.
