Ten Hubbardston Property Transfers Recorded in August; Sale Prices Not Yet Posted
Ten property transfers were recorded in Hubbardston between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, but sale prices had not yet posted for any of them, so a price range and median could not be calculated. The period's most notable transaction was the Hubbardston Town Assessors' acquisition of 34 Mt Jefferson Road from Mt Jefferson LLC on Aug. 24. At least five deeds reflected trust or same-family ownership changes, including two properties tied to the Lafayette family, and two others listed a bank or mortgage company as seller. Underwood Road had two separate transfers. Price trends for the period remain unclear until consideration amounts post to the registry.
