Nine Hubbardston deeds recorded in August, but only one sale price makes it into the record
Nine property deeds were recorded in Hubbardston between July 31 and Aug. 5, but only one disclosed a sale price: $70,000, for an undisclosed-address parcel sold by trustees Stanley J. and Elizabeth A. Suchocki to Tek Construction LLC on Aug. 4. The other eight transfers, on streets including Old Westminster Road, Gardner Road, Plum Tree Lane, Brigham Street, Dogwood Road South, Madison Way and Hale Road, carried no disclosed consideration amount. Old Westminster Road saw two of the period's nine transfers. Three sales involved trust or estate sellers, and one buyer was the Hubbardston Town Assessors. With price data available for just one of nine transactions, the data does not support broader conclusions about market direction or tone this period.
