Select Board holds five warrant articles for fall town meeting

HUBBARDSTON — Select Board defers warrant articles to autumn town meeting to allow time for revenue forecasting. Finance Committee Chair Seth Knipe recommended holding Articles 3, 4, 5, 15, and 17, while Articles 10 and 11 advance to the June town meeting as scheduled. The boards discussed setting aside salary reserves for an incoming Town Administrator and a new facilities position.
Discussion of the town's budget-straining 911 Regional Dispatch assessment increase was tabled, with consideration of partnering with another regional service provider.
