HUBBARDSTON — The Hubbardston Council on Aging accepted its secretary's report and reviewed account balances totaling approximately $30,638 across gift, formula grant, and art grant accounts, as verified by Treasurer Ken Horvath and the Town Accountant. Chair Florence Pervier oversaw the August 19 meeting, during which Director Claudia Provencal presented quotes for a permanent awning and roof replacement; the board requested a materials list before approving the roof work. Upcoming programs include a September 16 cookout featuring performer Dennis Cormier and a September 10 outing in Brookfield.
