Two Of Ten Hubbardston Deeds Recorded In July Show A Sale Price
Ten property deeds were recorded in Hubbardston between July 10 and July 17, but only two disclosed a sale price: $361,250 and $390,000, for a median of $375,625. The period's top disclosed sale was 1 Barre Rd Cut Off at $390,000 on July 10. Eight of ten transactions did not disclose a price, and several named mortgage entities such as MERS, Movement Mortgage LLC and Bank of America NA as grantee, consistent with foreclosure or mortgage-assignment filings. Chicopee Drive and Barre Road each saw two recorded transfers. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support a clear read on market conditions this period.
