HUBBARDSTON — The Select Board unanimously approved police recruitment initiatives including a $10,000 signing bonus for experienced officers. The bonus is structured as $2,500 upon field training completion, $2,500 after one year, and $5,000 after three years, funded through the Police Department budget. The Board also unanimously approved amendments to the NEPBA Local 092 memorandum agreement, removing separate part-time wage language and restructuring holiday pay for part-time officers.
The Board unanimously adopted Planning Board recommendations for committee representation, approved the Consent Agenda 2-0 with Kathryn V. Young abstaining, and selected Timothy Bragan and Stephanie Hersh for interim Town Administrator interviews.
