Planning Board approves Suchocki subdivision plan

HUBBARDSTON — Planning Board approves Suchocki subdivision lot split. The board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan that creates a new three-acre lot with 356 feet of frontage on Birches Road, while preserving over ten acres with the existing parcel. Applicant engineer Trevor Fletcher of GRAZ Engineering presented the plan; Town Planner Alec Wade confirmed all 12 approval points were met.

The applicant will next seek approval from the Department of Environmental Protection and the Conservation Commission.
