Conservation Commission · Meeting of August 25, 2026

Hubbardston Conservation Commission approved two wetlands determinations. The Dakash Title V sewage system replacement project received a negative 3 determination with a condition requiring retaining wall reconstruction. The Homans tree-cutting project, to remove nine hazardous trees on a beach, received a negative 3 determination with conditions that stumps remain and trees not be felled into water.

A third hearing for Jarod Hardacker's application to replace a culvert and open land for pasture was continued to October 6, 2026, after Chair Bryan LaRochelle recused himself, leaving insufficient quorum. Member Rich Clapham moved each action with unanimous approval.
