Board of Health · Meeting of June 3, 2026

Hubbardston Board of Health appoints two new health agents under state law. Chair Gael Moncoeur's board voted unanimously to appoint Travis Brown of the Department of Public Works as health agent for beaver control and permitting, and approved Judie O'Donnell's appointment as Hubbardston Health Agent under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 111, Section 30 (O'Donnell abstained; all others in favor). The board also approved multiple Title V septic reports for six properties, waived the permit fee for T1 Demalia Lemonade Stand at the Hubbardston Fair, and scheduled a metal recycling day for June 27, 2026.

O'Donnell, a retiring health agent, attended what the minutes note will be her final board meeting before her June 30 departure.
