HUBBARDSTON — Board of Health approves fifty-dollar food inspection fee and beaver permit. Chair Gael Moncoeur and Members Dianna Johnson and David Rogers voted to establish the inspection charge, with Cathy Hansgate abstaining; funding comes from the board's general fund and revolving account. On a separate application, three members approved a beaver permit, one abstained, and one opposed.
The board also approved four waste hauler and septic permits, directed staff to update the town website with approved haulers, and mandated revised 2026 permit forms requiring limited liability and workers compensation documentation.
