Hubbardston Board of Assessors recommends town forgo right of first refusal on property. Members Albert Afonso and Jeffery Young voted unanimously on February 25 to recommend the Select Board release the town's right of first refusal on 14 Prentiss Hill Road, owned by Allan Prentiss. The board also approved prior minutes, processed motor vehicle excise warrants and commitments for 2025-07 and 2026-01, signed abatement reports for fiscal years 25 and 26, and approved one Chapter 61A and one Chapter 61B land application.
Member John Prentiss was absent.
