Board of Assessors approves routine documents and sets hearing reminder date.

HUBBARDSTON — The Hubbardston Board of Assessors unanimously approved routine administrative documents and set a May 1, 2026 due date for Chapter Land Reminder Letters. Acting Chair Albert Afonso and Member Jeffery Young signed off on March motor vehicle excise abatements, one farm vehicle excise abatement, and three lien actions. When members requested discussion of Chapter Land matters in executive session, Assessor Steve Boucher's clerk advised such discussion must occur in open session under public record requirements.
The Board meets next on April 15.
