HUBBARDSTON — Board of Assessors approves prior minutes and signs property warrants. Member Albert Afonso, acting as chair, presided over the January 21 session with Member Jeffery Young present; Member John Prentiss was absent. The board unanimously approved open and executive session minutes from December 17, reviewed and signed warrants and commitments for real estate and personal property, and approved two Chapter 61A applications.
The next meeting is scheduled for February 18, 2026, at 6:00 pm.
